SATL Terms & Condition

Welcome to SATL (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, including any purchases made through our platform, sub-brands, or communication channels (such as WhatsApp Business).

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Site, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Product Specifications & Accuracy

We make every effort to display the specifications, fabric compositions, and colors of our products as accurately as possible.

Technical Engineering Profiles: You acknowledge that our scrub lines are manufactured to distinct physical specifications: Minimalist (65% Polyester / 35% Viscose, 190 GSM), Essential (50% Cotton / 47% Polyester / 3% Elastane, 165 GSM), and Executive (64% Polyester / 34% Viscose / 2% Lycra, 210 GSM).
Visual Variations: Because the actual colors you see depend on your digital monitor or mobile screen settings, as well as studio photography lighting, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will 100% precisely match the physical garment. Minor cosmetic variations shall not constitute a manufacturing defect.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

Currency: All prices on our platform are strictly listed and processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
VAT: In accordance with UAE federal tax laws, all prices are inclusive of the 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment Processing: We accept verified major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment gateways. Orders are only processed and released for production or delivery once full payment verification is received.

3b. Third-Party E-Commerce Provider & Payment Processing

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”). They provide us with the secure online e-commerce infrastructure that allows us to sell our products to you, as well as integrated payment services (including credit/debit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related financial services).

By purchasing any product on our platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by Shopify’s Terms of Service, Payments Terms of Use (available at shopify.com/legal/terms), and Privacy Policy (available at shopify.com/legal/privacy). You hereby consent to provide, and authorize SATL and Shopify to share, any personal information, billing details, and payment instructions you provide to the minimum extent required to safely process and complete your financial transactions.

4. Promotional Offers & Bundle Rules

Our volume discount tiers (Buy 2 Sets for 10% Off or Buy 3 Sets for 15% Off) apply strictly and exclusively to full sets compiled through our designated Set Builder screen.
Purchasing an individual scrub top and an individual scrub bottom separately across different categories does not constitute a "Set" and will not trigger the bundle discount backend architecture.

5. Customization & Corporate Orders

Customization Terms: Any garments customized with embroidery, printed company logos, or custom name tags enter custom production immediately upon order confirmation.
No Changes: Once a custom or embroidered order is placed, it cannot be edited, canceled, or modified.

6. Shipping, Delivery, & Risk of Loss

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Timeline: Standard deliveries typically take 2–4 business days. Custom or embroidered orders require an additional 3–5 business days for production.
Delivery Responsibility: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to our authorized third-party courier partners. You must ensure a correct delivery address and contact number are provided.

7. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

Brand Assets & Media Ownership: All content, data, and visual assets displayed on this Site—including but not limited to the SATL and SATL Kare brand names, corporate logos, custom graphic designs, product photographs, promotional videos, text copy, button icons, and digital interfaces—are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of SATL. This content is fully protected under United Arab Emirates federal trademark, copyright, and industrial design laws, as well as international IP treaties.
Proprietary Fabric & Engineering Specifications: The structural engineering, specific fabric compositions, and material density matrices of our product lines—including the proprietary SATL Kare Executive 210 GSM Lycra-blend—represent proprietary commercial trade secrets developed exclusively by and for SATL.
Strict Prohibition of Unauthorized Use: Under no circumstances may any competitor, third-party supplier, manufacturing entity, or unauthorized reseller copy, reproduce, imitate, distribute, modify, or exploit our images, logos, product designs, or fabric specifications for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction or matching of our custom fabric blends or visual media constitutes a direct infringement of our intellectual property rights and will be met with immediate legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief under UAE law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, SATL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our platform, or for any performance defects outside of our manufacturing control.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Modifications to Terms

SATL reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, alter, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any point without prior individual notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It remains your sole responsibility to review our Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. Your continued access to or use of our Site, Set Builder screens, or purchasing systems following the posting of any changes constitutes your explicit legal acceptance of those modifications.
